I believe that by pressing the start button and the power button you can take a screenshot, just in case you took the picture like this for lack of a screenshot button.

I would guess judging by the windows symbol on the button this is windows 7.8 phone. Therefore does not have screenshot abilities.

I have an Ativ S, this isn't it. It has the old windows logo, so its a WP7 device not WP8.
