Crowning the "Big App on Campus"
Microsoft's Windows Phone Blog announced the winners of Big App on Campus, a contest that challenged college students to build Windows Phone apps. Finalists were flown to South by Southwest in Austin, and Baconit won a People's Choice award. The post profiles each winning app and closes with a short Q&A where the winners, Quinn among them, share their favorite apps, plans for the prize money, and advice for first-time developers. The original blog is offline, so this copy comes from the Internet Archive.
